Canal Winchester Joint Recreation District Refund Policy

The CWJRD Refund Policy for all activities is a 100% refund of registration fee minus $15, up to the date that uniforms are ordered for the activity. No other refunds will apply or be made available for any other reason, including injuries that may occur during the activity season.

All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the attention of the CWJRD Recreation Director at gpearce@cwrecreation.com.

Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used to pay for the original activity registration. The refund will be processed within 10 business days.

CWJRD is not responsible for inclement weather which results in canceled activities.
